Job Purpose

Contributing to synchronizing Retail vendors and RCU divisions to coordinate retail stock requests, prepare transactional activities, and Manage the shipping requests in order to ensure the efficient delivery of RCU stock requests. In addition, managing site access for vendors and visitors.

Functional Responsibilities

1

Processing all retail stock requests for gifting, PR, and marketing use, liaising with Retail vendors on stock availability, stock re-charging, and stock delivery coordination with the requestor.

Management of RCU and Retail systems to determine retail stock availability; manage site access for vendors and visitors.

Participate in the creation of a cultural retail product catalog to share with internal stakeholders and used on the e-commerce site and Coordination with RCU photographer to capture images.

Participate in preparing transactional activities such as ( reviewing invoices, processing payments, tracking transactions, and recording financial transactions)

Manage the shipping requests with the stakeholders such as government affairs.

Perform any other job-related duties as required by the direct manager.
