HSSE Systems Support Lead Job

1. Job Purpose

Lead the technical support for all types of issues affecting health, safety, security and Environments to ensure the physical protection of inhabitants, visitors, and AlUla, Khaybar, and Tayma assets and facilities.

2. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

Lead the implement and improve the approved safety management system and security Management System

Lead and support to the Licensing and Permits Team in County Management in processing and issuing HSSE related licenses and permits and ensure compliance with technical standards and specifications

Ensure to maintain all security systems in an effective operational level at all times. These systems include, Intrusion, Panic and Hold-Up alarms, Evacuation System, Communications Systems, Camera Systems and Access Control Systems, etc.

Lead the documentation process for the accidents and resolutions for the purposes of analysis and documentation

Ensure the smooth implementation of technical operations, in order to comply with current health and safety procedures.

Provide a recommendation for improvement of  standard ,procedures, and policies

Facilitates cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams in order to improve the performance.

Deliver all other objectives as deemed necessary by the Line manager
