Job Purpose

Manage the Knowledge Hub as the central engine for insights, communication, and strategic coordination within the Strategic Partnerships Department, ensuring that partnerships generate measurable value by consolidating data, enabling knowledge-sharing, and leading high-impact initiatives. It strengthens AlUla’s global positioning and supports RCU’s mission through evidence-based frameworks, storytelling, and cross-sector collaboration.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Manage the development of strategic insights by consolidating data and producing reports to evaluate partnership performance and ensure alignment with RCU objectives.
  • Manage and maintain knowledge-sharing platforms, repositories, and tools to ensure information is accessible, accurate, and up to date.
  • Produce regular analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations that highlight partnership impact, sector trends, and lessons learned.
  • Coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and learning events with internal and external stakeholders; in relation to partnerships
  • Design and maintain impact measurement frameworks to track partnership outcomes, address performance gaps, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Manage tailored messaging to reinforce AlUla’s leadership in cultural, environmental, and economic initiatives through showcasing milestones and value creation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to foster knowledge-sharing, lessons learned, and best practices that enhance governance and support organizational storytelling.
  • Oversee unique cross-sector initiatives and special projects to ensure seamless execution, measurable contributions, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Promote and highlight partner contributions within AlUla initiatives, ensuring recognition, collaboration, and strategic alignment with RCU’s values.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms within the Knowledge Hub to optimize efficiency and value delivery.

Managerial Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the preparation of the Department's or Section's annual budget and monitor the financial performance of the Department or Section.
  • Develop the Department's or Section's objectives, KPIs, annual operational plans and ensure plan execution is meeting the targets
  • Ensure effective staffing, professional development and deployment of staff of the Department or Section in consultation with the Sector Executive or (Executive) Director.
  • Implement and execute the Department's or Section's policies and procedures. Oversee the overall performance of the section and ensure KPI’s are well developed, cascaded, communicated and monitored.
  • Provide input to the sector’s strategy from the Department's or Section's perspective in line with RCU overall vision and mission.

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Knowledge Management or a related field.

Work Experience

  • 6 years of relevant experience and 2 years in a managerial role
