  1. Job Purpose

Lead all partnerships phases (discover, design, deliver, sustain) related to intergovernmental or/and International partnership and horizontal partnerships including exploring, identifying, attracting, building, drafting agreement and communications, working with relevant stakeholders.

 

  1. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

1

Lead in plan and implement Partnerships lifecycle: Discovering, Designing, Implementing and Sustaining partnerships.

Lead the Implementation of business strategies, account plans and procedures that drive partnerships growth.

Develop and maintain structured and productive relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Lead the establishment of stakeholder engagement activities (including partnership communication planning).

Provide the leadership with updates with clear options to enhance the partnerships that promote culture and vision to complement the culture of the partner institution.

Lead the RCU’s strategic alignment with clients by building and expanding relationships within the executive-level leadership at key institutions.

Plan and forecast opportunities, monitor partnerships and mitigate risks.

Lead the relationship management with different stakeholders internally and externally.

Collaborate with other internal leaders and executive team members to define, actualize and evaluate business model and partnerships opportunities as per strategic goals.

Lead the delivery of various partnerships (small medium and large-scale complex partnerships) combining technical skills with soft skills including problem solving abilities.

Assess the partnership performance provide periodic updates, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, and negotiate/coordinate with staff as appropriate.
