Lead governing safety compliance for development and construction projects, as well as construction sites and assets that are actively operating, lead introducing and managing a compulsory program for integrating safety into the county’s overarching permitting and licensing system. |

Functional Responsibilities |
|
1 |
Lead and contribute in the development of operation and supporting procedures. |
2 |
Support projects by contributing safety input, as needed for master plans, facility design, systems designs. |
3 |
Lead in delivering governance system for measuring compliance against programs, KPIs, policy, and standards. |
4 |
Support the delivery of policy, guidelines, and processes related to safety compliance. |
5 |
Contribute the delivery of project and operating forecasting, and supporting budgets. |
6 |
Ensure effective utilizations of contracts for services in place to support safety compliance operations. |
7 |
Lead in measuring of programs, project and operational performance against KPIs, schedule, and budgets. |
8 |
Ensure Stakeholder Engagement, Networking, and Liaising. |
9 |
Lead the initiation and delivery of safety compliance assessment programs. |
10 |
Ensure the Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Technical Approval. |
11 |
Contribute in the establishment and roll out of any new Safety Compliance programs and initiatives. |
