Job Purpose:

Help in the development and implementation of a unified strategy for employee engagement, encompassing organizational culture, and employee well-being, along with best practices and critical change programs, to cultivate a thriving workforce and propel RCU's success.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist in ensuring that the employee engagement strategy, encompassing the current Organizational Culture state, wellbeing initiatives, processes & tools are effectively meeting business needs. Assist in managing end-to-end Employee Engagement survey across RCU to measure the employee engagement level.
  • Contribute to overseeing all Employee Engagement processes such as defining the action plan for improvement across RCU, in addition to selecting the highly impacted factor to the organization.
  • Participate in designing awareness campaigns, development, and operational programs focused on improving RCU’s organizational culture, along with manager and leader effectiveness.
  • Support in Planning, Designing, and implementing well-being initiatives for all RCU employees, and ensuring their alignment with RCU’s organizational culture.
  • Help in organizing and supervising the activities and work of a small team of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of employee engagement activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner.
  • Support evaluating workplace well-being, by assessing the impact of RCU’s organizational culture and policies on employee well-being.
  • Help in ensuring recognition programs are inclusive, transparent, and effectively contribute to improved engagement, and improved overall culture.
  • Perform any other job related duties required by the direct manager.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s Degree preferred).
  • 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Written and Oral proficiency in Arabic & English languages.
  • Excellent communication skills
