Job Purpose
Perform day-to-day operations that support the effectiveness of RCU's governance framework by maintaining and updating committee charters, reviewing RCU’s Policy Management Framework, and conducting governance awareness programs, training sessions, and workshops.
Functional Responsibilities
- Gather data that supports defining various committees needed in the organization across all levels and sector together with the relevant departments to achieve proper governance.
- Maintain and continuously update committee charters in cooperation with the relevant departments to enable committees to deliver and uphold effective governance.
- Ensure proper tracking and monitoring of governance-related activities through RCU's internal committees.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations informing the performance findings of the effective implementation of RCU's governance framework.
- Participate in conducting governance awareness programs, training sessions, and workshops to enhance employee understanding of internal governance requirements and foster a culture of accountability.
- Review all RCU's policies that are under developing or updating and ensure are streamlined and consistent with the approved Authority Matrix and applicable regulations and bylaws.
- Help in developing, and updating the processes supporting the Excellence Governance team effectiveness.
- Help in updating RCU’s Policy Management Framework to provide overall support for the organization’s policy development and ensure consistency across sectors and departments.
- Perform any other job-related duties as required by the direct manager
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Law, or a related field.
Work Experience
- 3 Years

- Written and Oral proficiency of Arabic and English languages.
