Job Purpose:

Lead the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of Human Capital Information Systems (HCIS) in collaboration with the IT team. Responsible for automating processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Provide data analytics solutions to capture, analyze, and manage key Human Capital data, ensuring actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and effective management across the organization.

 

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Set and lead the execution of the data and analytics reporting plan, creating strategies and templates to report data meaningfully. Create, present, and communicate high-impact data and analytics insights and recommendations to critical internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gather, organize, and maintain accurate HC data from various sources, ensuring data integrity for reporting purposes.
  • Analyze key HC metrics such as turnover rates, headcount, time-to-fill vacancies, and retention to provide actionable insights to the HC team and leadership.
  • Collaborate with HC and business units to support workforce planning through trend analysis, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
  • Develop and maintain real-time, interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key HC performance indicators (KPIs) for different departments and leadership.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting required business reports 7 Collaborate with the HRIS team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry and extraction from the HRIS system for reporting and analysis.
  • Analyze employee engagement, pulse, and exit survey data using Tableau and Power BI to provide visual insights into workforce satisfaction and areas for improvement.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests from various HR departments by providing reports and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI quickly and accurately.
  • Use predictive analytics and visual tools like Power BI to help forecast turnover, employee satisfaction, or other HR trends, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Present data insights in a clear and understandable format through Tableau and Power BI to non-technical stakeholders, including managers, business leaders, and HC colleagues.
  • Work closely with the HC strategy, operations, and learning and development teams to align analytics efforts with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting efficiency, and dashboard usability using Tableau and Power BI, ensuring up-to-date, accurate data for analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and internal policies across all HC systems.
  • Ensure robust data governance practices to maintain the quality and accuracy of HC data.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, IT, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s Degree preferred).
  • 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Written and Oral proficiency of English language.
  • Excellent communication skills.
