  1. Job Purpose

To support with all areas of work in the Payroll section, supporting in payroll Processes & procedures Implementation and all payroll systems related activities, play a key role in maintaining employee records, in addition support day to day activities related to employee payroll and disbursements.


  1. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities


Supports timely update of all payroll and GOSI related database in order to ensure the accuracy of payroll data and GOSI information.


Support on day to day activities related to employee payroll and disbursements and ensure it is closely monitored with close coordination with the Finance Division.


Supports as requested on all payroll activities and queries such as attendance time management, vacations, employee termination benefits (e.g. final settlements, pension payments, claims, service letters, etc.) while ensuring alignment with RCU’s human resources policies and other applicable Saudi labor laws.


Assist with reporting and MI from payroll in line with HR and business requirements.


Work with and follow up with line managers and employees for missing information as required.


Maintains master data and all related reports for all employees to ensure all information is up to date.


Keep and maintain efficient payroll tracking sheets.


Performing any other reasonable duties as directed by your line manager.
