Job Purpose

Managing and executing strategic initiatives aimed at supporting the growth and development of incubated entities within
the incubation program. Moreover, it involves identifying opportunities for innovation, coordinating cross-functional
projects/activities, and implementing programs that drive the success of startups based on the AlUla Delivery model. The
Incubation Initiatives Management will work closely with internal teams, incubated entities, and external stakeholders to
ensure the effective execution of initiatives and projects

Functional Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the incubation framework for new entities.
  • Lead the incubation-related initiatives and capacity-building activities for new entities to raise their operational maturity
  • Lead the incubation program’s milestones, ensuring timely delivery of objectives
  • Provide direct support to the leadership of incubated entities to facilitate their growth and alignment with the Delivery Model
  • Address the risks and issues that arise related to the entities during the incubation phase
  • Deliver regular updates on the progress, challenges, and achievements of incubation initiatives to senior leadership
  • Ensure transparent communication channels between the incubation program and stakeholders

Managerial Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the preparation of the Department's or Section's annual budget and monitor the financial performance of the Department or Section.
  • Develop the Department's or Section's objectives, KPIs, annual operational plans and ensure plan execution is meeting the targets
  • Ensure effective staffing, professional development and deployment of staff of the Department or Section in consultation with the Sector Executive or (Executive) Director.
  • Implement and execute the Department's or Section's policies and procedures. Oversee the overall performance of the section and ensure KPI’s are well developed, cascaded, communicated and monitored.
  • Provide input to the sector’s strategy from the Department's or Section's perspective in line with RCU overall vision and mission.

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree Preferred) in Business Administration, industrial Engineering, Management of Information Systems, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • 6 years of relevant experience and 2 years in a managerial role
