  1. Job Purpose

To participate in the execution of the RCU’s governance department activities and to support the RCU in developing and implementing the governance framework, policies, and systems by ensuring that these are provided in an effective in order to support the strategic aims and operational activities of the RCU.

 

  1. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

1

Participate in developing the RCU’s governance model and framework under the supervision of the Internal Governance Manager by establishing clear accountability and facilitating decision-making in the RCU ecosystem.

Participate in preparing and developing training materials for GRC training and awareness sessions.

Participate in reviewing the Delegation of Authority Matrix and update it in line with the Governance Director's recommendations.

Participate in preparing and updating the Governance policies and procedures.

Participate in reviewing and suggest improvements to the Policies Management Framework.

Assist in liaising with the Operational Excellence department and strive to promote streamlining and consistency of policies across the RCU.

Recommend improvements for RCU’s Management Committee Charters and appropriate governance structures to support objectives.

Monitor the RCU’s Management Committees for performance assessment and tracking.

9

Perform any other job-related duties as required by the direct manager.
