Job Purpose
Assist in setting RCU’s policies and Operational Authorities Matrixes (OAMs) development and improvement methodology and standards including applicable frameworks, operating guide, templates, tools etc. in line with leading practices.
Functional Responsibilities
- Facilitate developing and updating PMI strategy, setting annual plans, budget, projects, and priorities, and streams of works.
- Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive database for policies and OAMs development and updates, produce progress status reports on weekly basis.
- Help in designing awareness sessions and training materials on policy and OAMs development.
- Support developing and updating, policies and OAMs checklists, tools, glossaries, templates.
- Help in setting operational KPIs, monitor KPIs performance, and submit KPIs to Strategy.
- Help in developing, updating, and monitoring Policies and OAMs development and review implementing processes.
- Perform any other job-related duties as required by the direct manager
- Analyze the current Policy Governance & Reporting strategy, annual plans, and budgets to support policy and project updates.
- Support the Policy Governance & Reporting section.
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, Or a related field.
Work Experience
- 0-2 Years
Other Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Written and Oral proficiency of Arabic and English languages.
