Job Purpose:

Developing the skills, competencies, and development of employees to prepare them for future career possibilities. Alongside the performance management activities, that ensures aligned and constant optimal employee performance.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Plan and implement comprehensive Performance Management cycle services across RCU departments, such as objectives and KPIs setting, launch and closure of performance cycle with all related activities.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication regarding Performance Management activities including the preparation of reports for managers and committees and giving presentations.
  • Plan and implement a comprehensive L&D function services across RCU department, such as manage strategic L&D programs and interventions, setting-up the in-house training calendar, manageing traning requests.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication regarding L&D activities including the preparation of reports for managers and committees and giving presentations.
  • Plan and implement a comprehensive new-hires onboarding services across RCU departments, such as orientation, workstation set-up, enrolment in essential services and programs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication regarding new-hires onboarding activites including the preparation of reports for managers and committees and giving presentations.
  • Support the business with any other TM duties as required by TM Manager.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, or relevant filed.
  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in contractor management, safety compliance, and operational optimization.
  • Experience in managing visitor destinations, cultural sites, or hospitality operations is preferred.
