Job Purpose:

Conduct in process of assessing development applications, as amended, and Local Government act applications to ensure that development and activities within the County occur in a way that is consistent with the objectives of RCU planning instruments, codes and policies.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:


Conduct in preparing the provision of RCU County Land Use & Site clearance applications.

Support in the development assessment process to establish effective networks that add value to County processes.

Prepare of the Delivery and Operational Plans for the Development Assessment Department and oversee the outcomes.

Prepare the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly department’s projects control.

Support the line manager in undertaking Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Assessments and implement ERM action plans.

Develop a professional working relationship with stakeholders including relevant government departments and regional alliances.

Comply with County’s Code of Conduct, relevant policies and procedures, values and behaviors, and work health and safety responsibilities, as amended from time to time.

Conduct in all development in AlUla in line with approved plans and masterplans.

Support in a robust and rigorous decision making processes for developing related applications.


Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning, Strategic Planning.

5 years of relevant professional experience.

Written and Oral proficiency of English language.
