  1. Job Purpose

Responsible for the designated Business areas’ sourcing and hiring the best talent in order to allow RCU to drive better business results. Build and manage business relationships to ensure the ability to understand recruitment needs proactively.

 

  1. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

1

Responsible for the full recruitment cycle for assigned sectors and assist talent attraction manager in maintaining a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates using various recruitment products and solutions.

Educate line managers on the recruitment process, labor laws and regulations in relation to recruitment. Including managing the third party relationships and build positive, credible relationships with them.

Build strong stakeholder management and relationships with line managers and business leaders, sourcing agencies and employees to understand and meet their respective teams or divisions' hiring needs and promote smooth and efficient recruitment processes.

Create weekly/monthly/ annual reports on key talent acquisition metrics and share with talent attraction manager.

Implement progressive sourcing strategies, including networking, social media, professional associations, and organizations to provide top-tier applicants access.

Creatively look for ways to increase the efficiency of the hiring process and use the internal RCU system to manage the automation of the recruitment process.

Responsible for the drafting, interviewing and selection of prospective employees

Liaise and coordinate with the onboarding and visa team to ensure candidates being brought onboard are done in a timely and effective manner; keeping hiring managers and the business up to date.

Source new and cost effective methods of hiring candidates proactively.

Work with managers to coach and ensure that fair and robust selection processes are followed, ensuring we build a culture of correct skills and behaviors are placed in the right roles.

Provide support to all prospective candidates for queries related to RCU policies and processes for recruitment including managing third party relationships
