  1. Job Purpose

Support your designated Business areas in sourcing, hiring and retaining the best talent in order to allow RCU to drive better business results. Build and manage business relationships as required to ensure you are able to understand recruitment needs proactively

 

  1. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

1

Responsible for the drafting, interviewing and selection of prospective employees

2

Liaise and coordinate with the onboarding and visa team to ensure candidates being brought onboard are done in a timely and effective manner; keeping hiring managers and the business up to date.

Source new and cost effective methods of hiring candidates proactively

4

Advise managers of labor laws and regulations in relation to recruitment

5

Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders including sourcing agencies and employees in order to promote smooth and efficient recruitment processes

Work with managers to coach and ensure that fair and robust selection processes are followed, ensuring we build a culture of correct skills and behaviors are placed in the right roles

Provide support to managers for all queries related to RCU policies and processes for recruitment including managing the third party relationships

Provide support to all prospective candidates for queries related to RCU policies and processes for recruitment including managing third party relationships

9

Able to build a direct pipeline of talent using Linked In and referrals etc

10

Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by your line manager
